Before you apply
- Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and an approved A340 or Fenix A321 add-on.
- Age 17+ preferred.
- A basic understanding of flight simulation and aircraft procedures.
- Able to complete flights realistically and log them correctly.
- Willing to follow ECV and British Midland Group rules.
- Respectful and active within the community.

Complete your application
Open the pilot application post in Discord and follow its instructions. Tell the team about your simulator, aircraft and flying experience.
Await your result
The ECV team will review your application and let you know the outcome.
Set up Group ACARS
After acceptance, follow the team’s guidance to set up your British Midland Group ACARS account and client.
Start flying
Choose your flight in ACARS, plan in SimBrief and acknowledge your briefing. Connect to MSFS 2024 and start recording before departure.

Choose your sector in My Flight, generate and import your SimBrief plan, then read and acknowledge the dispatch briefing. Connect and start recording before departure. After parking, complete the flight and confirm successful PIREP submission.
